Reservation Policies

Please Note: RASA will no longer be using YELP. If you have an existing reservation, don’t be worried, we’re still expecting your party. If you would like to make changes or cancel your existing YELP reservation, please call us directly at (650) 340-7272.

Please click on the button above to book a reservation through RESY. We also take reservations over the phone Monday through Friday 11am until 2pm. Seating is available for walk-in guests at our tables reserved for walk-ins. Guests (both reservations and walk-ins) will not be seated until the entire party is present.

We require a credit card in order to accept any reservation of 3 or more during the weekdays or 2 or more on weekends. Parties of 6 or less can be booked by phone or on RESY. We will NOT honor requests to combine separate reservations into one large party. See below for our large party policies for parties of 7 or more guests.


Should we take your credit card number to hold a reservation, rest assured that your card will not be charged; it is simply held in respect to our cancellation policy.

– Please call the restaurant 24 hrs ahead of your reservation; if there will be a change in the total number of people in your party.

– Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we do request you cancel 24hrs ahead of your reservation in order to avoid $25.00 fee per guest, no exceptions.

– If reservation is not cancelled within the time limit allowed or the party does not show up for the reservation as a whole; the credit card given at time of reservation will be charged $25 for each person expected.

Same day requests for reservations are only accepted until 6:00pm till the day off, subject to availability. After 6:00pm we do not take any reservations for same shift and we do not accept call ahead.

If a waitlist is generated for the day, your name can ONLY be added when present in person. We are unable to add names to the waitlist over the phone. We do have tables available for walk-ins that are available on the first come first served basis.

(Requires Ordering from Prix Fix Menu)

For parties of 8-12 guests, we provide a $65/PP Prix Fix menu. All dishes are served family-style.

Guest count MUST be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event (parties arriving with fewer guests will still be charged $65/person for the confirmed number of guests).

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a minimum fee of $140, and no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the cost of food plus any applicable taxes. Available reservation times are 5:30pm and 8:00pm only, subject to availability.

GROUP DINING – (12 or more)

We offer well-designed choices for group events and we work closely with our guests to organize events that specifically match their needs. Pricing can vary widely as options based on some of the factors outlined below:
• Size of the Party
• Day and desired time of the week
• Lunch or dinner
• Menu selections including hors d’oeuvres
• Beverage, wine and cocktail selections
• Partial or full buyouts
• Space needed and privacy requirements

– Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If you arrive later than that, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and charge the credit card.

– We will only seat your table when all members of your party arrive. During high demand evenings, we may give your table away after 15 minutes and seat other guests. During the non-peak hours we can be more flexible.

– Because we are now scheduling multiple parties each evening and have to account for reservations later in the service, as well as the time it takes to serve each guest properly.

– We reserve the right to limit your time at the table to two hours (timed from the scheduled reservation; not the time seated, served, etc.)

  • Separate checks can be accommodated, however we can only split it max four ways.
  • We do allow guests to bring their own wines with the exception of wines that we may have on our list.  There is a corkage fee per 750ml bottle.
  • If you bring your own dessert, a cake-age charge per guest will be added to your total check.
  • Parties of 5 or more will have a service charge of 20% added to the pre-tax total.
